SENIOR ORDER MANAGEMENT (MERCHANDISING)_Phú Thọ

Job Description: Plan and manage order placement Monitor order status throughout sample development and mass production Lead a small team of 2–3 members; handle all product quality issues (UQ) and gradually expand the team to 5–6 members Report to the Regional Manager (RM) on all UQ issues; provide regular updates on order status, sample progress, inspection status, etc. Handle daily operational issues; supervise and train team members Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to achieve optimal results Support and handle customer visits Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above Proficient in English (all 4 skills) Experience in team management within a manufacturing environment Preferably experienced in Order Management/Merchandising roles in manufacturing companies Proficient in MS Office Strong data analysis skills Smart, proactive, and eager to learn Benefits: 14 annual leave days Competitive salary (negotiable) Year-end performance bonus 13th-month salary Full social insurance (SI, HI, UI) from probation period Free lunch at the company Monthly birthday parties and company events Career development opportunities in a professional working environment Working Location: Song Thao Industrial Cluster, Cam Khe Commune, Phu Tho Province Shuttle Bus: Daily shuttle: Viet Tri Company; Company Vinh Phuc; Company Lam Thao, Yen Lap, Ha Hoa Weekend shuttle: Hanoi Company
