General Virtual Assistant (DYP - 07092025 - PTGVA)

Tasks: Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations Perform data entry and maintain organized records Coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers Handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (as needed) Conduct internet research and compile data Monitor and manage social media accounts (optional) Assist in project tracking and task management Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role Basic knowledge of social media management Familiarity with CRM or project management tools Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, or Canva is a plus
