Visual Merchandising Manager Cebu City | On-site | Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards and business objectives Oversee store layout planning, window displays, and in-store visual presentations to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion Ensure consistency and quality of visual execution across all store locations Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tenant/brand partners to execute campaigns, seasonal displays, and promotions Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize merchandising strategies Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines Lead, train, and mentor visual merchandising teams to maintain high standards of execution Manage budgets, materials, and timelines for visual merchandising projects Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative concepts to enhance the overall retail experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, Retail Management, or related field Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail, mall, or commercial environments Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial visual merchandising work Excellent eye for design, layout, and detail Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
