Costing Manager Mandaluyong | On-site | Monday to Friday Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Manager to oversee cost accounting functions and ensure accurate product costing across operations. The role is critical in supporting pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and financial decision-making within a fast-paced F&B or FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end product costing, including raw materials, production, and overhead allocation Develop and maintain standard costing systems and ensure accuracy of cost data Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reporting to identify gaps and recommend improvements Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency Support pricing strategies by providing accurate cost insights and margin analysis Monitor inventory valuation and ensure proper cost controls are in place Lead budgeting and forecasting activities related to cost of goods sold (COGS) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies Drive process improvements to enhance costing accuracy and operational efficiency Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required Proven experience in costing within the F&B or FMCG industry Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis Experience with ERP systems and costing tools is an advantage Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
