Job Title: Content Moderator – Greek + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 30 April 2026 Work Model: On‑Site Schedule: 24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts) 3 rotational shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Days off: 2 rotational days per week. Salary & Compensation: Base Salary: 920€ x 14 months Language Bonus: 45€ x 11 months Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day Welcome Bonus: 1000€ (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year) Benefits: Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months of contract) Relocation Support: Candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during the interview) No flight ticket provided Relocation within Portugal available only for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordic languages, Dutch) Role Requirements: Fluency in Greek and good level of English Strong moderation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to make rational and objective decisions Strong understanding of e‑commerce environments Ability to manage high queue volumes during promotional periods Strong customer service mindset and empathy Local market knowledge is an advantage Role Overview: As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
