What You Will Do Lead Complex Litigation: Manage patent and trade secret litigation matters from inception through resolution. Technical Deep-Dives: Leverage your technical background to translate complex concepts into winning legal arguments. Client Advocacy: Provide strategic counseling and business-oriented legal advice to a diverse portfolio of high-tech clients. Strategic Research: Conduct high-level legal research and draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and trial documents. The Ideal Candidate Experience: 3 to 5 years of post-JD experience specifically focused on intellectual property matters, patent litigation, and/or trade secret disputes. Skills: Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills. You should be comfortable speaking "tech" and "law" with equal fluency. Mindset: A high-performer with a "proactive" DNA, ready to lead workstreams and take ownership of client matters.
