We are serious about operational excellence, client experience, and smart growth. Confidential Employer. Job Description Serve as the operational leader and second-in-command to the CEO. Translate firm vision into actionable plans, measurable goals, and day-to-day execution. Oversee and optimize operations across administration, operations, marketing, and other core business functions. Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, workflows, and procedures. Build accountability across departments through strong leadership, communication, and performance management. Create, monitor, and improve KPIs tied to operational efficiency, financial performance, client satisfaction, and firm growth. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and core financial operations in partnership with leadership. Oversee bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related operational finance processes. Evaluate systems, software, and tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and client experience. Identify future operational needs and proactively build scalable infrastructure to support growth. Supervise internal team members and outside vendors to ensure performance and alignment with firm standards. Partner closely with HR and leadership on hiring strategy, team structure, and retention. Lead and develop managers and team members across multiple departments in a high-performance environment. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior or executive operations role within the legal industry. Strong experience within a personal injury law firm; plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred. Proven success leading operations in a high-volume law firm environment. Experience managing teams of 25+ employees across multiple departments. Strong knowledge of legal operations, financial workflows, staffing, and process improvement. Strong technical familiarity with Filevine, Lead Docket, RingCentral, and CallRail. Demonstrated success implementing systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalable growth. Bachelor's degree required, ideally in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
