Position: Fellowship-Trained Cardiologist Type: Contract Compensation: $150–$200/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Develop gold-standard ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning. Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and complex reasoning in ECG analysis . Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab . Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency . Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty). Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease . 2+ years of post-training clinical experience. Currently based in the United States . Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Fellowship training in Electrophysiology . Primary clinical practice with significant ECG interpretation volume. Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences). Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics. Background in complex arrhythmia diagnosis, conduction abnormalities, or subtle ECG pattern recognition . Interview Process Complete a short interview ( 20–30 mins total).
