Process Quality Engineer (PQE)

Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality control and continuous improvement across the entire production process. Monitor and resolve in-process quality issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to address raw material quality issues and follow up on supplier improvement actions. Work closely with Process Engineering teams to identify process risks and improve product yield, stability, and consistency. Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality documentation and quality management systems. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to handle customer complaints, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure customer requirements and specifications are fully deployed and controlled within production processes. Provide training, guidance, and supervision to Quality Control (QC) staff to ensure consistent quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering or related technical fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality role within electronics manufacturing environments. Solid knowledge of quality management systems and core quality tools (e.g., ISO/TS 16949 Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Good command of English (mandatory); Chinese is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work consistently under pressure.
