Position Overview The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. This role provides hands-on exposure to event management and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown Support logistics, materials preparation, and on-site operations Greet and assist attendees in a professional manner Distribute promotional materials and provide event information Coordinate with team members to ensure event readiness Maintain clean, organized, and engaging event spaces Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in fast-paced environments Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable and punctual Team-oriented mindset Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends
