Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

We strongly prefer candidates already based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, though relocation to Fort Worth may be considered for the right person. Note : Must have litigation paralegal experience and be committed to working in-person. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, and experience supporting trucking, catastrophic injury, or wrongful death cases is a major plus. Job Description Support attorneys in personal injury and wrongful death litigation from case inception through trial Draft, organize, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence Assist with deposition preparation, mediation prep, trial prep, and document management Review, summarize, and organize medical records, case files, and other evidence Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, witnesses, and opposing counsel Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, filings, and case support materials Prepare exhibits, binders, and trial materials for hearings, mediation, and trial Help keep complex cases moving efficiently and thoroughly Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Personal injury litigation experience is required Experience with wrongful death, trucking, or catastrophic injury matters preferred Strong organization, document management, and deadline management skills Experience supporting trial prep, depositions, and discovery Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required if experience is strong Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a mission-driven team handling serious cases that genuinely matter.
