Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and continuously improve mechanical structures, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Create, review, and update engineering drawings and technical documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor). Collaborate with Production and Automation teams to optimize machine performance and process efficiency. Lead or support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and machinery. Ensure compliance with mechanical standards, safety regulations, and internal engineering guidelines. Identify and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and mechanical systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and engineering standards (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production is highly preferred. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor. Good command of English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Proven project management and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
