Performance Marketing Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Strong understanding of SEO analytics and campaign tracking. Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and funnel setup. Experience managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for reporting and client presentations. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements for campaign performance. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive high-quality B2B and B2C lead generation. Manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns, including Shopify stores, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs. Leverage SEO analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, to monitor website and campaign performance. Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and sales funnels to accurately measure campaign success. Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly and apply data-driven strategies to improve ROI and overall effectiveness. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present actionable insights to international clients in clear and fluent English. Translate analytics into strategic recommendations and implement improvements to enhance campaign outcomes. Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Shift Schedule: 02 PM - 11 PM
