Job Title: BAS / Delta Controls Technician Location: Denver, CO Experience Required: 3–5 Years About the Role We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Delta Controls Technician to join a growing team in Denver. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in installation, wiring, commissioning, and system validation within building automation environments. Key Responsibilities Install, wire, and configure BAS / Delta Controls systems Perform system commissioning and startup activities Conduct point-to-point checkout to ensure proper system functionality Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure system performance meets specifications Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and updates Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements Required Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) Experience with Delta Controls systems preferred Strong knowledge of wiring, installation, and commissioning processes Experience performing point-to-point checkout and system validation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience in HVAC controls or related systems Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (~$90,000 based on experience) Opportunity to work on advanced BAS projects Growth opportunities within a dynamic team
