The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting business hiring objectives through proactive sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of workforce requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and role alignment Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance ratios Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and client requirements (for RPO environments) Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity on expectations and delivery timelines Coordinate with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams Engage with external vendors where applicable Provide regular hiring status updates and reporting to leadership Required Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency, corporate TA, or RPO environment) Experience supporting multiple business functions or client accounts preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time-to-fill Quality of hire Offer acceptance rate Hiring manager satisfaction Candidate experience feedback scores Preferred Experience (Optional) Experience working within RPO or managed workforce solutions environments Exposure to campus hiring, bulk hiring, or niche technical recruitment Knowledge of labor market trends within GCC / India regions
