Junior Project Manager Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-site) Duration: 12-Month Contract Overview Our client, a global leader in renewable energy construction and infrastructure, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support early-stage Engineering & Construction (E&C) activities. In this role, you will work closely with a Regional Lead Project Manager to drive solar projects through the early-stage lifecycle, including screening, diligencing, and pipeline development. You will play a critical role in ensuring each project is technically sound, financially viable, and positioned for successful transition into late-stage execution. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role ideal for a driven professional looking to grow within solar project management and renewable energy development. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned solar projects and manage them through early-stage development phases including screening, diligencing, and pipeline progression Ensure projects are technically feasible, financially viable, and aligned with schedule and commercial expectations Analyze technical and financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities Support the development, tracking, and management of project capital budgets Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, permitting, and commercial stakeholders Assist with development and permitting efforts, coordinating with subject matter experts to move projects forward Support contract negotiations, approvals, and execution of key project agreements Contribute to the development of preliminary construction plans and project schedules Utilize internal systems and tools to manage project data, deliverables, and reporting Provide updates and insights to leadership, with support from the Regional Lead Project Manager Support overall team organization, reporting, and readiness across multiple active projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, energy, or solar development projects Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills Interest or exposure to mechanical or technical project components Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in project management within renewable energy
