Position: Commercial Pilot Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $90–$160/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Commercial Pilot for a leading AI company . Work independently and asynchronously to fit your schedule. Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes. Use your professional experience to contribute to AI development . Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Commercial Pilot. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no chromebooks). Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect . Industry-standard compensation expectations. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
