German speaking Content Reviewer

Position: Content Reviewer Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and evaluate health-related prompts according to guidelines Assess AI model responses for accuracy, helpfulness, clarity, tone, and cultural relevance Identify errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate content and provide constructive feedback Document issues and suggest improvements to guidelines and AI model outputs Participate in team calibration sessions and share best practices Manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team Follow company and client procedures, KPIs, and confidentiality requirements Support workflow improvements and undertake ad hoc tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both written and spoken. Good command in English (minimum B2 level) Strong understanding of German culture, local standards, units, slang, and nuances Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail Basic computer skills and typing speed of 3540 WPM Ability to multitask, work in shifts, and manage workload independently General knowledge of health and wellness; familiarity with wearable metrics is a plus Experience in content review, data annotation, or quality assurance is advantageous Undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
