Accounts Executive (Shipping Accounts)

Keep P&L and balance sheets up to date Make daily updates to the MIS In charge of bank reconciliations and cash flow Create and produce relevant invoices and credit notes on time. Maintain the billing system and keep an eye on and collect payments and accounts receivable. Recognize, comprehend, and carry out the complete chain of account, from the shipper's invoice and payment to the customer's invoice and payment till the audit. Communicate with insurance companies regarding cargo and maritime insurance. Build connections with international team members, bankers, and traders. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in international business, international trade, accounting, or maritime At least three years of experience in a comparable role Knowledge of accounting in the maritime sector is desired The capacity to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A cooperative team member who can work independently and efficiently
