Production/Event Manager (Events/Campaigns)

Position Title: Production Manager Location: Makati (Hybrid, On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Employment Type: Full-Time The Production Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of below-the-line (BTL) projects—including event productions, brand activations, and promotional campaigns—from initial planning to full implementation. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client's objectives and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of BTL projects such as events, brand activations, and promotions. Oversee project timelines, production budgets, manpower allocation, and supplier/talent coordination. Ensure smooth pre-production processes including planning, briefing, sourcing, and approvals. Supervise on-ground event execution to maintain quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Handle post-event servicing including documentation, reporting, and evaluation. Manage and mentor the production team to ensure efficient workflow and high performance. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business, or any related field. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. At least 5 years of experience in event production, brand activation, or a related field
