Network Administrator (HPC Managed Services) - (up to $7,000 | 18mths Contract)

Responsibilities Operate and maintain HPC network fabric and data centre switching infrastructure, ensuring performance and reliability Manage network configuration, monitoring, backups, and capacity/utilisation reporting Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across Layer 2/3, routing, and switching environments Support SDN, firewall, and VPN administration to ensure secure and stable operations Work closely with system, storage, and security teams to optimise overall cluster performance Participate in on-call rotation to support critical network incidents and escalations Maintain network documentation, runbooks, and change records in line with ITIL practices Requirements At least 2 years of experience in network support, monitoring, or troubleshooting within enterprise or HPC environments Hands-on experience with data centre networking, SDN, firewalls, and VPN technologies Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP Familiar with network monitoring tools and able to troubleshoot effectively under pressure Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
