Position: Marketing Campaign Manager Location: Remote, Brazil Work Model: Fully remote from Brazil Employment Type: Full-time (Service/B2B Agreement) Remuneration: Base salary Duties & Responsibilities Roll out LATAM marketing campaigns aligned with global goals and schedules. Oversee full-cycle campaign execution across digital, social, email, performance marketing, partnerships, and events. Organize local brand initiatives like events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotions. Handle adaptation and deployment of marketing materials in Spanish/Portuguese, maintaining brand standards. Drive CRM campaigns for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Manage campaign ops: briefs, timelines, translations, approvals, compliance, and progress tracking. Serve as key liaison between Central Marketing and LATAM teams. Spot operational hurdles and streamline workflows for better efficiency. Monitor, assess, and report on campaign delivery and results. Requirements Fluent Portuguese and Spanish; professional English (B2 minimum). 3+ years in marketing execution, campaign management, or ops. Essential: FX/FinTech industry background. Experience running multi-market campaigns and coordinating across countries. Practical use of CRM/email tools (HubSpot preferred). Excellent multitasking for juggling multiple campaigns.
