Trading Business Analyst / Project Manager (Front Office)

What You'll Do Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery Coordinate across global teams to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies Support testing cycles including UAT and validation of trading applications Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on new features and systems Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in trading What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services Strong experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence Solid understanding of trading systems, financial markets, and trading workflows Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and time zones Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Why Join?
