Project Manager - M&E/Industrial (up to $7,000 | West)

Strong commitment to safety leadership with a track record of upholding EHS standards Hands-on experience with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance Able to enforce safety protocols decisively, including stopping unsafe work when required Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of fit-out and AEI projects within an operational manufacturing facility, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed Coordinate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to align project requirements while minimizing disruption to plant operations Review and manage contractor submissions including designs, method statements, and technical documentation to ensure compliance and feasibility Oversee contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality of work, progress tracking, and timely resolution of technical or site issues Drive coordination across M&E systems, architectural works, and process requirements, including support for shutdown and tie-in activities Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing EHS standards, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring strict adherence to permit-to-work systems Identify opportunities for refurbishment, upgrades, and site improvements, including developing technical and commercial proposals Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans for stakeholders Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline Proven project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical environments, with exposure to fit-out or AEI works Strong understanding of M&E systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, utilities) and experience working within live plant environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and priorities Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
