I am recruiting on behalf of a Warsaw-based consultancy and technology company specialising in pharmaceutical serialisation, supply chain compliance, and digital transformation. Since 2020, they have worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and MAHs across Europe and Asia-Pacific - a team of around 15 people, punching well above their size in a highly specialised niche. This is not a large corporation. It is a senior, focused team that takes on real regulatory problems for global pharma clients - and they are hiring deliberately, not frantically. The Role This is an outbound sales role. But not the kind where you read from a script and hope for the best. As a Client Development Representative, you are the first voice potential clients hear. Your job is not to close deals - it is to start real conversations. You will be reaching out to pharmaceutical companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, finding the right people, earning their attention, and handing off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team. Here is why the domain is worth learning: pharmaceutical serialisation is a legal requirement affecting every drug that moves through a supply chain in Europe and Asia-Pacific. When it breaks down, products get pulled, shipments fail compliance, and manufacturers face regulatory action. The companies this team works with are trying to prevent exactly that - and they need partners who understand the stakes. It is a niche that rewards people who are genuinely curious about how complex systems work. The client base spans Western Europe and Asia-Pacific, so outreach happens in English as the default - but if you speak French or German, you will be reaching clients in their own language within weeks of starting. Full training is provided. What you bring is discipline, a structured approach, and the confidence to drive outbound activity at volume. What You Will Do Open doors through outbound outreach Conduct structured outbound calls to pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and distributors across Europe and APAC - volume outreach is how pipeline gets built here, and you will be comfortable with that rhythm Reach decision-makers - supply chain managers, compliance leads, senior executives - via phone, email, and LinkedIn Lead conversations focused on understanding their challenges, not pitching immediately Book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team Map the market Research target accounts: who they are, what regulatory pressures they face, and whether they are a genuine fit Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, events, and marketing campaigns Keep the pipeline honest Log every interaction in Zoho CRM - calls, emails, outcomes, next steps - accurately and consistently Prepare concise briefing notes for Account Executives before each meeting Share weekly performance reports covering activity data and observations from the field Your First 30 Days In your first four weeks, you will shadow live calls, complete serialisation and compliance training, and build your first target account list. By the end of week six, you will be running outreach independently with a full pipeline under your name. What They Are Looking For No padded lists, no "nice to haves." If it is here, it matters. 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B: SDR, BDR, telesales, or any role where you were regularly the first point of contact Fluent English - your primary working language for outreach, briefings, and reporting French or German is a real advantage here - calls to French and German-speaking clients happen regularly; if you speak either, you will use it from day one Structured outreach discipline - you are comfortable driving high-volume activity and you understand why the numbers matter CRM experience - you have logged and managed outreach activity in any CRM and you understand why accurate data matters Active listening - you ask focused questions and actually use the answers Based in Warsaw - this role is fully on-site; remote arrangements are not available What Is on Offer Base salary: 6,000 PLN gross/month On-target earnings (OTE): 15,000 PLN gross/month - commission tied directly to qualified leads and meetings booked Annual performance bonus Clear promotion path to Senior CDR within 12-18 months, with defined milestones - not a vague gesture toward the future Full onboarding on pharmaceutical serialisation and compliance - no industry background needed A small team where your contribution is seen and recognised directly The Hiring Process Fast, transparent, no surprises. Here is exactly what to expect: Application review - Every CV is read. You will hear back within 5 business days. Skills interview (45-60 min, video) - A real outreach scenario walkthrough and a structured discussion of how you approach cold calling, objections, and pipeline prioritisation. Final conversation (45 min, with CCO) - Working style, performance mindset, and mutual fit. Offer - Written offer within 3 business days of the final interview. Everyone who reaches the skills interview stage receives personal feedback - regardless of outcome. From application to offer: typically 2-3 weeks. What Will Be Assessed No trick questions, no pharma knowledge quiz. Here is what the interviews are actually looking at: Outreach logic - How you identify, prioritise, and approach cold targets Objection handling - What you do when a prospect pushes back or goes quiet Pipeline discipline - How you manage volume and keep CRM records genuinely useful Communication - How clearly you explain something complex, and how well you listen before responding Self-management - How you track your own performance and what you do when results dip
