Company Background: Garments Manufacturing Position title: Sales & Marketing Manager Office Location: Klang, Selangor Salary: up to RM10,000 Working days: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to bring consistent, profitable orders into the factory Acquire new B2B customers (brands, wholesalers, buyers, OEM/ODM clients) Grow repeat orders from existing customers Ensure customers match factory capacity, MOQ, and margin expectations Explore growth opportunities in Malaysia domestic market Asia and regional export markets Coordinate marketing efforts that directly support sales (event/ exhibitions) Requirements 5–10+ years experience in B2B sales & marketing (manufacturing preferred) Strong understanding of OEM garment sales Interested and qualified candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to: xiaoping@ talentrecruit.com.my
