Location Miami, FL Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations for one of our hospitality clients. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during service. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas Assist with trash removal and recycling Support basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, mats, and storage areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times Help organize clean dishes and return them to proper storage locations Support kitchen staff during peak service periods as needed Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required No prior experience required (experience in a kitchen environment is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For Dependability and punctuality Willingness to learn and help where needed Attention to cleanliness and organization Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Competitive hourly pay On-the-job training Opportunity to grow into Food Preparation Assistant or Cook B roles
