Construction Supervisor - Lead Level (15+ Years Experience) $64/hr State: TX County: Cottle County Position: Receiving Lead State: TX County: Knox Contract Position: 12 Months | Location: Major Energy Construction Site | Experience: 15+ Years Required Overview Our client is a leading national energy infrastructure developer seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor-Level 4 Lead for a critical 12-month contract assignment. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of construction supervision experience, specifically within large-scale energy or industrial projects. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, site-based leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, exceptional team management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects. Key Responsibilities Provide direct on-site supervision and leadership for all construction activities, crews, and subcontractors. Develop and implement daily/weekly work plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company environmental policies. Monitor project progress against milestones and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and delays. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and client representatives. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Manage material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics. Resolve technical issues and conflicts in the field promptly and effectively. Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and documentation. Mentor and develop junior supervisors and field personnel. Requirements Minimum 15 years of progressive construction supervision experience. Proven experience as a Lead Supervisor or Superintendent on large-scale industrial, power generation, transmission, or renewable energy projects ($50M+ value). Extensive knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and heavy civil/structural/mechanical disciplines. Strong competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. OSHA 30-Hour Certification and First Aid/CPR certification required. Demonstrated expertise in construction safety management and incident prevention. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work long hours in a demanding field environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
