Principal Fusion FIN-Techno Functional Consultant

ABOUT Our client is a leading organization specializing in enterprise digital transformation and cloud-based financial solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant to support large-scale Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and enhancements. DESCRIPTION The project is expected to last 6–12 months, with potential for extension based on project progress, performance, and evolving business needs. The role may involve both implementation and post-production support phases. RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials and Cloud ERP · Lead requirements gathering sessions and conduct CRP workshops · Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) · Develop and maintain OTBI reports, dashboards, and data integrations · Support payroll implementation, including testing strategies and parallel runs · Maintain and support Oracle EBS and Fusion SaaS environments · Ensure adherence to Oracle standards, governance, and best practices REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle Financial solutions · At least 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (SaaS) · Strong functional expertise in: · General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payables (AP) · Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses · Lease Management & Revenue Management · Project Management, Costing, and Billing · Strong technical expertise in: · Oracle SQL & PL/SQL · Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) · OTBI reporting and dashboard development · XML Publisher, ORDS, SOAP web services · VBCS and Oracle Cloud integrations · Experience with: · Fusion quarterly updates, testing cycles, and change management · Oracle security roles and implementation methodologies · Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
