𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 : Area Sales Manager (5 Headcounts) 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 : RM7,000 – RM10,000 (Approx. RMB12,000 – 17,000) 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 : FMCG (Food & Beverage) 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : North | Central | South (West Malaysia) | East Malaysia | Brunei 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 – Manage regional sales operations including stock flow, distribution, and product freshness – Execute channel strategies and drive sales growth across assigned territories – Analyze channel performance and optimize sales at retail and distribution levels – Implement company policies, promotions, and enhance market visibility – Oversee full sales cycle (customer management | negotiation | pricing | collection | after-sales | complaint handling) 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 – Diploma or above in Marketing or related field – Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage – Minimum 5 years in FMCG (Food/Beverage) + 1 year Malaysia market experience – Strong experience in MT or TT channel development and expansion – Good communication skills, strong execution, and team collaboration mindset 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 / 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬 – Regional exposure including Brunei market – Clear career progression opportunities – Stable FMCG industry with growth potential 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰 Interested candidates are welcome to apply or reach out for more details.
