Marketing Manager · AI & Automation Company: Shyft Pilates Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract Compensation: $400–$500/month retainer (initial project setup fee negotiable) Role Overview Shyft Pilates, a growing boutique Pilates studio with over 100 members, is seeking a Marketing Manager · AI & Automation to build and manage our marketing funnel, automate lead workflows, and deliver clear performance insights. This is a hands-on role focused on Go High Level (GHL) infrastructure, lead tracking, marketing automation, and AI-powered reporting . The ideal candidate is technically savvy, data-driven, and comfortable connecting multiple systems (GHL, WordPress, MindBody, and ad platforms) to support smarter marketing decisions. Website: shyftpilates.com Key Responsibilities Marketing Funnel & Lead Automation Set up and manage Go High Level (GHL) including pipelines, lead capture forms, tagging, and automated workflows Integrate GHL with WordPress and MindBody to track lead sources (Meta Ads, website, referrals, Yelp, etc.) Build automated SMS, email, and call follow-up sequences for new leads Create and embed website CTAs and lead capture forms AI-Powered Reporting & Data Analysis Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to automate weekly marketing dashboards and reporting Track key metrics including lead volume, lead-to-class conversion, and membership conversion rates Consolidate data from MindBody, GHL, and ad platforms into clear weekly reports Identify tracking gaps and resolve tagging inconsistencies across systems Surface trends and insights to support faster marketing decisions Paid Advertising Management Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns including testing and optimization Evaluate and potentially manage Google or Yelp advertising when needed Recommend audience targeting and campaign scheduling strategies SEO & Website Optimization Conduct SEO audit of the WordPress website Improve metadata, headers, and on-page SEO for discoverability Optimize Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility Social Media Coordination Provide strategic guidance to the in-house social media team Ensure social content aligns with marketing campaigns and lead generation goals Required Skills Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) pipelines, tagging, and automation Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for reporting and workflow automation Experience integrating GHL, WordPress, and booking platforms (MindBody or similar) Strong analytical skills and ability to build clear weekly performance reports Basic SEO knowledge and Google Business Profile optimization Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio businesses Familiarity with MindBody software Experience with local marketing or Yelp advertising Knowledge of WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath) Experience building automated marketing dashboards or AI-assisted reporting Engagement This role begins as a project-based engagement (marketing funnel setup and reporting infrastructure) with potential to transition into an ongoing part-time marketing retainer . Compensation: $400–$500/month for ongoing support (setup project fee negotiable).
