Quality Engineer

The Challenge: Ensuring Excellence in Multi-Technical Products As part of the Quality team and reporting directly to Thibault, you will take over a key scope following an internal reorganization. This role offers high mission diversity and rapid responsibility across the entire chain, from supplier relations to customer satisfaction. Your missions : Supplier Quality Development: You will manage relationships with international partners (selection, on-site audits, PPAP settlement) for various components including mechanical, electronic, harness, and plastic parts. Compliance Management: You will define incoming and production controls, and handle internal and customer non-conformities using in-depth root cause analysis. R&D Support: You will support the development of quality processes (change and configuration management) to ensure continuous improvement of our standards. Your profile : To fully thrive in this position, the following skills are necessary: Technical Background (Mechanical or Electronics): Essential for technical dialogue with suppliers and understanding the specific requirements of the parts we manage. Production Quality Tools: Operational mastery of tools (8D, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP, Control Plan) to ensure the precision and completeness of your analyses. Communication & Assertiveness: Ability to maintain your position diplomatically with clients and suppliers while remaining a unifying force internally. Rigor & Curiosity: Necessary to identify root causes and maintain high standards in a fast-evolving environment. Organizational Autonomy: Ability to manage a high volume of diverse tasks by prioritizing the most critical actions for product quality.
