BenefitElect Administrator (Argentina)

Position Summary The BenefitElect Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day configuration, maintenance, and support of the BenefitElect benefits administration platform . This role ensures accurate employee enrollment, seamless data integration, and compliance with company policies and carrier requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, experience with HR systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex data and rules‑based logic. Key Responsibilities System Administration & Configuration Maintain and configure BenefitElect's dynamic rules‑based enrollment engine , benefit eligibility logic, and plan setup. Manage annual open enrollment build , testing, and deployment, including plan rates, documents, life‑event workflows, and communications. Configure, review, and update carrier feeds , demographic imports, and HRIS integrations. Maintain branded employee‑facing pages, forms, and communication materials. Data Management & Quality Assurance Monitor data accuracy across BenefitElect, HRIS, and insurance carriers; investigate discrepancies and resolve errors. Perform pre‑ and post‑transmission audits to ensure timely and accurate eligibility and enrollment data. Conduct regular testing of system updates, new configurations, and enhancement releases. Technical Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for BenefitElect. Troubleshoot employee and HR issues related to enrollment, life events, system errors, and access needs. Liaise with BenefitElect support for escalated technical issues, enhancement requests, and release management. Compliance & Reporting Generate and maintain required ACA, COBRA, and other compliance‑related reports. Ensure benefit processes and data exchanges meet regulatory and company standards. Support internal audits and documentation requests. Cross‑Department Collaboration Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment of system data, workflows, and compliance needs. Support Total Rewards team through analytics, process improvements, and year‑round enrollment activities. Qualifications Required 3+ years' experience in benefits administration, HRIS administration, or HR operations. Hands‑on experience with BenefitElect. Strong understanding of U.S. benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, and life‑event rules. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation). Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Comfortable working with large datasets and complex rules logic. Preferred Experience with API or flat‑file system integrations. Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations. Experience with carrier files, EDI 834s, or equivalent. Prior involvement in open enrollment configuration and implementation. Key Competencies Detail‑oriented with high accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to balance recurring deadlines with project‑based work Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis Vendor management and cross‑functional teamwork Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
