Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing) – CMMS, Preventive Maintenance, Scheduling Are you a hands-on Maintenance Planner with strong CMMS , preventive maintenance , and production scheduling experience? Join our growing manufacturing team and take ownership of maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime Develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs Create and prioritize work orders aligned with production schedules Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams Manage spare parts inventory , purchasing, and material staging Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement Adjust schedules for urgent or unplanned maintenance needs Train team members on CMMS systems and best practices Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (not just administrative/scheduling) Strong experience using CMMS systems (please specify which systems used) Proven experience building or improving preventive maintenance programs Experience scheduling maintenance in a manufacturing/production environment Background in inventory, spare parts, or materials coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us: High-impact role driving equipment reliability and uptime Opportunity to build and optimize maintenance systems Collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment Stable, full-time position with growth potential
