Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Merced, California Acute Care Hospital 13-Week Assignment Day Shift | 4x10 Schedule Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,400/week Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for an acute care hospital assignment in Merced, California. This role supports inpatient rehabilitation services with occasional floating between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings as needed. The therapist will work with adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, pulmonary, and medical diagnoses. This position is ideal for OTs who enjoy diverse clinical exposure , including acute care rehabilitation, early mobility programs, and hand therapy cases . Requirements Active California Occupational Therapist License — REQUIRED BLS Certification — REQUIRED Acute care OT experience preferred Ability to float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skill Patient Population Therapist will treat: Adult and geriatric inpatient populations Orthopedic rehabilitation patients Neurological rehabilitation patients Pulmonary and medically complex patients Post-surgical recovery patients Stroke rehabilitation patients Hand therapy patients Pediatric to geriatric outpatient populations (as needed)
