Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) DIHO CONSULTING USA is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to support quality control for equipment fabrication, repairs, and modifications. This role will help ensure all welding work meets company standards and applicable codes. Responsibilities: -Perform visual inspections of welds on equipment and fabricated components -Ensure welds meet quality standards, safety requirements, and job specifications -Review basic welding procedures and verify proper application -Document inspection results and maintain clear records -Work closely with shop personnel, welders, and management to address any issues -Identify defects and recommend corrective actions Requirements: -Current AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification -Experience in a shop, fabrication, or equipment environment -Ability to read basic blueprints and welding symbols -Strong attention to detail and communication skills -Reliable transportation Preferred: -Experience working with heavy equipment, structural components, or repair work
