Workplace Coordinator (Onsite – Draper, UT) – Office & Facilities Support

Our client is seeking a Workplace Coordinator who will help create a welcoming, efficient, and well‑run office environment for employees, vendors, and guests. This role supports daily operations, front desk coverage, event coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate thrives in hospitality, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping a workspace running smoothly. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Contract Duration: 6 months | W2 Local candidates within ~45 minutes strongly preferred Responsibilities: Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Maintain daily communication with internal stakeholders. Participate in emergency procedures, including evacuations. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and organized storage areas. Assist with administrative tasks, special projects, and budget tracking. Coordinate catering, onsite events, room setups, and event breakdowns. Deliver a high‑quality employee and guest experience with a customer‑first mindset. Manage front desk operations, visitor check‑ins, and Envoy visitor management. Serve as a primary point of contact for onsite vendors, employees, and guests. Operate the Workplace Jira ticketing system and respond to requests promptly. Support preventative maintenance and escalate facilities issues as needed. Provide consistent onsite availability, including occasional evening/weekend support. Qualifications (Must-Haves) Proficiency with Jira, Slack, and Envoy . English fluency in written and verbal communication. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with vendor coordination and event/catering support. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. All education levels considered; equivalent hands‑on experience is welcome. 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or office coordination. Front desk or workplace support experience in a professional office environment. Nice-to-Haves: Background in hospitality or guest services. Experience supporting facilities or workplace programs. Energetic, positive attitude with an ownership mindset. Ability to problem‑solve quickly and adapt on the fly.
