Costumer Support Specialist - German

We are partnering with a leading multinational technology company seeking a Customer Support Specialist -German to join their team in Lisbon . In this role, you will support customers with premium memberships on a well-known streaming platform. Your Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions Identify customer issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them efficiently Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or senior support when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases are properly resolved Accurately document all interactions, categorize cases, and report potential bugs Maintain and update all relevant administrative records Your Profile Native or fluent in German (written and spoken) Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure Ability to meet deadlines and work independently A team player with a proactive attitude The Offer Meal allowance Transportation allowance Private health insurance Annual performance bonus Rotating shifts Relocation support and assistance with accommodation Ongoing training and development to help you grow Opportunity to join a dynamic, international, and supportive team
