Costumer Service Representative- Dutch

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a Customer Service Representative - Dutch for an exciting opportunity in the online advertising and digital services industry. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon , where you will support small and medium-sized businesses using self-service advertising solutions to grow their online presence. Your Responsibilities Provide support to small and medium-sized business clients via phone, email, and chat Assist clients with account setup, platform navigation, and troubleshooting Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products Guide clients on how to effectively use tools to optimize their online campaigns Identify recurring issues and trends impacting multiple clients Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements Your Profile Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), with good English skills for internal communication Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and online environments Strong customer focus with clear and professional communication skills Able to work independently and manage client requests efficiently Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is a plus Willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent The Offer Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon Paid training with structured onboarding and ongoing support Relocation package, including assistance with accommodation Meal allowance and private health insurance 40-hour work week on a rotational schedule Long-term career growth opportunities in an international environment
