Note: Candidates must have prior paralegal experience. Litigation experience is preferred, but the firm is open to paralegals from other legal practice areas. Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial preparation Organize and maintain case files, records, pleadings, and deadlines Review, collect, and manage medical records and other case-related documents Assist with discovery, including drafting, organizing, and tracking requests and responses Prepare court filings, exhibits, witness materials, and other litigation documents Coordinate with clients, courts, experts, medical providers, and outside parties as needed Help keep cases moving efficiently by maintaining organization and following up on next steps Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the litigation team Qualifications Prior experience working as a paralegal Litigation experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate or related education preferred Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a team that does meaningful work for people facing difficult situations.
