Analytics Manager Location: Pasay City Work Setup: On-site Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Morning Shift Job Description As the Analytics Manager, you will transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will oversee the entire data lifecycle—from extraction and database maintenance to high-level visualization and performance commentary—ensuring that management has the precise insights needed to drive growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Reporting: Prepare management reports, KPI tracking, and provide initial analysis and commentary. Data Extraction: Use automated tools and SQL to pull data from primary and secondary sources. Systems Management: Develop, maintain, and reorganize databases for maximum readability and efficiency. Data Integrity: Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and meaningful results. Compliance Support: Provide accounting data to assist with tax compliance and planning. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Qlik , plus expert-level MS Excel. Technical: Strong knowledge of SQL , Python, R, or Oracle. Skills: Expertise in database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Education/Math: Strong mathematical background with the ability to apply complex algorithms to datasets. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
