German Speaking Content Moderator

Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and assess content to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and standards. Conduct quality reviews with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. Detect and report potential issues or policy breaches promptly. Offer feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing improvement of processes and policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and/or online business will be considered as an advantage Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment Conscientious and reliable Strong attention to detail Customer focused with willingness to assist Team player.
