Junior Business Analyst (Application Support) Position: Junior Business Analyst (Application Support) Contract Type: Contract Location: Bangkok (Hybrid/Onsite) Start Date: Immediately Key Responsibilities Monitor application issues, incidents, and service requests Log, track, and follow up on issues; generate status reports and provide updates during weekly meetings Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes Perform system integration testing (SIT) and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) Prepare user guides and support documentation Primary Skill Set Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes, including incident, problem, and change management Basic SQL knowledge is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English
