Leasing Area Manager Location: Bacolod Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: Day Shift Job Summary The Leasing Area Manager is responsible for overseeing leasing operations across assigned areas, driving occupancy, and maximizing rental income through effective tenant acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage leasing activities across multiple locations within the assigned area. Identify and secure new tenants to meet occupancy targets. Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and commercial terms. Monitor tenant performance and optimize tenant mix. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Build strong relationships with tenants and partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to handle multiple sites or areas.
