About the Job Our international client based in Singapore, is looking for a Virtual Admin & PR Assistant . This hybrid role will support the client's global brand expansion by focusing on media outreach, brand partnerships, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Media & PR Outreach: Identify and build relationships with relevant journalists, media outlets, and influencers; develop and execute outreach strategies to secure interviews, features, and press coverage Brand Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and secure brand collaborations and sponsorships, with a focus on exchange-of-value partnerships aligned with brand positioning Research & Opportunity Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-value media opportunities and potential brand partners within the Singapore market Campaign & Outreach Management: Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, including maintaining organized databases, tracking responses, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups Content & Communication: Craft compelling pitches, partnership proposals, and professional correspondence tailored to media and brand audiences Qualifications Functional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in securing media coverage or press features in the Singapore market; demonstrated experience in securing brand sponsorships or partnerships; proven experience in media outreach and relationship building with journalists, influencers, and media outlets; experience in negotiating and closing brand collaborations and sponsorships Technical Skills: Strong writing skills for pitches, press releases, and professional communication; strong research skills to identify media opportunities and potential brand partners; experience in campaign tracking and database organization, including managing outreach lists and follow-ups Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective media and brand outreach What We Offer Here at Acxelsus , our people come first.
