Hair Assistant

Key Requirements: Prepare and sanitize stations before and after each client. Welcome clients and offer refreshments to ensure a pleasant experience. Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients' hair. Assist stylists during coloring, treatments, and chemical services. Blow-dry or rough-dry hair under stylist supervision. Mix colors and treatments as instructed by the stylist. Keep tools, brushes, and equipment clean and sanitized. Maintain towel stock (washing, drying, folding). Support with retail product display and restocking. Sweep floors and keep the salon area clean at all times. Assist with applying treatments such as masks, oils, or serums. Escort clients to the washbasin and back to the chair. Observe stylists' techniques as part of ongoing learning. Handle small errands (fetching products, tools, etc.). Ensure client comfort during services (magazines, cushions, blankets).
