Assistant Manager Sales

HRSI is looking for an Assistant Manager - Sales for one of our clients. The role involves developing new business opportunities in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Industry, managing key customer accounts, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate should have a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. JOB SPECIFICATION: Position Title: Assistant Manager Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sr. Manager Sales & Operations Location: Lahore Responsibilities : Achieve assigned sales targets for Material Handling Equipment including forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks and related solutions. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities along with managing existing key customer accounts through regular visits, relationship building, and solution-based selling. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Monitor order execution, delivery schedules, invoicing, and collections through cross functional coordination. Support exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities related to MHE products. Minimum Requirements: Education: B.E. Mechanical Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience (Preferably in MHE industry) Skill & Knowledge: Excellent communication skills Tech Savvy Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills
