About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is looking for a passionate Pickleball professional to join our network in Atlanta. Our local clients, ranging from absolute beginners learning at Hammond Park to competitive players across Decatur, Midtown, and Alpharetta, are looking for high-quality, 1-on-1 coaching. You bring the energy and the expertise; we bring the clients and handle the billing. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing. Why Coach With Us? Excellent Earnings: Up to $55/hr, based on experience and coaching level. We Bring the Clients: We actively market in the greater Atlanta area and have an active roster of clients waiting. Guaranteed Payouts: No chasing down Venmo payments or dealing with flaky cancellations. We handle the billing. Ultimate Flexibility: This is an independent contractor (1099) role. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand. What You'll Do: Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels. Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy. Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics. What We Are Looking For: 1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome). Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
