Business/Process Analyst – Remote We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be able to document requirements and analyze, improve, model, and align business processes from start to finish, including the flow of data within those processes. Responsibilities Create As-Is and To-Be process maps, BPMN 2.0 diagrams, swim lanes, and data flow diagrams. Perform gap analysis and identify process inefficiencies or automation opportunities. Redesign and optimize processes as part of transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and drive consensus on process changes. Map processes across multiple systems and clearly document system touchpoints and data flows. Own detailed process documentation, SOPs, and functional specifications. Work within large enterprise environments and collaborate with architects and technical teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree Solid business analysis skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, active listening) Excellent client interfacing skills, including responsiveness, adaptability, and follow-through Strong consulting mindset with the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt quickly in dynamic client environments Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, align diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus in complex enterprise environments Experience with large enterprise system architecture Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles/framework Proficient in creating both business and technical process models (e.g. ACDs, data flow diagrams) Experience with modeling tools such as Vision. Lucidchart, Bizzdesign, Bizagi, etc., and creating process diagrams leveraging BPMN 2.0 standards Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with team members, and experience guiding small teams or workstreams. Must have strong hands-on experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement within enterprise environments. Strong Business Analyst with Process Analyst experience High-Level Technical Architecture knowledge MUST know Data flows MUST have excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications Telecommunication industry experience Basic understanding of finance and/or accounting principles Salary Range: $120,000 to $125,000
