About the Role: Golden Racket Academy is now hiring in Philadelphia, PA! We are a nationwide mobile academy looking for an experienced, passionate Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group lessons at local courts and client-preferred locations throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, including Cherry Hill, Wilmington, Norristown, and Bensalem. If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing. Why Coach With Us? You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand. What You'll Do: Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels. Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy. Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics. What We Are Looking For: 1+ years of coaching experience. Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
